All prospective tenants must meet our standard qualifications, which include a satisfactory credit history, proof of stable income, positive rental references, and a clear background check. To schedule a showing, please send a copy of your photo ID, along with the property address and your availability, to management@srg-pm.com

 

Before you apply for a rental property managed by SRG-PM, please take a moment to review our Safety Policy as well as our Screening and Application Procedures.

All persons 18 years of age and older must submit an application to rent and pay the $59 non-refundable screening fee.

 

A security deposit of one full month's rent plus an administrative fee of $200 is due at the time of approved application and lease signing.

A full first month’s rent plus any additional applicable fees are required 24 hours prior to key release, regardless of the date of move-in.​​

 

Household income must be at least 3x the monthly rent and verifiable. 620 minimum credit score.

Pro-rated rent is charged in the second month of tenancy. Lease terms very by property.​​​

 

 

If pets are accepted at the property for which you are applying, this is determined by the landlord, and managed in compliance with our pet policy. All tenants (with or without household pets) must complete a profile on PetScreening.com.
