Tanesha Thompson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in property management and helping real estate investors grow their wealth. Originally from California, Tanesha’s personal experience as a transplant to North Carolina gives her a unique understanding of the challenges families face when moving. She uses her insights to make transitions smoother for her clients, whether they’re buying a home or expanding their investment portfolios.

Tanesha’s career began in cost segregation analysis, providing her with a strong financial foundation that expanded into residential sales, property management, and investment analysis. In 2015, she founded Synergy Realty Group, where she has been instrumental in helping investors acquire, manage, and grow their portfolios. Her deep knowledge of real estate finance allows her to guide investors on how to maximize returns, minimize risks, and make data-driven decisions. Her expertise in property management further supports her clients, ensuring properties are efficiently maintained and that investors achieve long-term profitability.

Kyle has over a decade of experience in property management. He brings comprehensive knowledge in overseeing all facets of residential real estate operations. His background includes working directly with property owners and tenants, managing leasing activities, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring clear and timely communication regarding financials and property conditions.

He has demonstrated a strong ability to complete detailed annual property inspections, particularly for tenant-occupied units prior to lease expiration, helping to reduce vacancy times and improve asset performance. His experience also includes managing lease renewals, overseeing long-term vacant properties through regular site visits, and serving as a showing agent for various real estate firms—making him highly effective at evaluating property conditions and identifying maintenance issues before they escalate.

In addition to his professional capabilities, he is a dedicated father and active community member, coaching youth sports teams at the 5th grade, 7th grade, and JV levels across two local organizations.
